HReasy Nepal Pvt. Ltd. (“HReasy”, “we”) respects the privacy of employers, candidates and visitors. This notice explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it.

Information we collect

• Employers: company name, contact person, email, telephone, company country, company licence documents and workforce requirements submitted through our forms.
• Candidates: profile information approved for publication, trade videos and verification documents held privately by our team.
• Visitors: basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the website secure and working well.

How we use information

We use employer information to respond to enquiries and workforce demands, to match candidates and to coordinate recruitment. Candidate information is published only with the candidate’s consent, and personal contact details, identity documents and CVs are never shown publicly.

Private documents

Company licences uploaded through the workforce demand form are stored outside the public website and can be viewed only by authorised HReasy staff. They are never attached to automatic emails.

Sharing

We share information only as needed to complete recruitment, for example with employers you have enquired with, or with authorities as required by law. We do not sell personal information.
